The choice of cylinder depends on the specific application and can range from using compact-sized cylinders to developing custom solutions capable of exerting high thrust and traction forces.
In 3A Automation, we manufacture ISO 6432, ISO 15552, ISO 21287 cylinders, and custom solutions for this specific application.
For a special project, We were able to create Ø200 special cylinders developed according to specific customer requirements, in double-acting and magnetic configuration with front spring.
The presence of the spring inside the cylinder is a crucial safety feature, ensuring the valve passage opens completely in the event of pressure loss.
A significant challenge We faced was to develop and place a spring inside the cylinder that could exert a force of 6500N!
