Standard and Special compact cylinders

In 3A, we produce a wide range of compact cylinders, whether They are standard or custom-made solutions. The use of compact cylinders is mainly related to space-saving needs. Our standard series are available from Ø12 to Ø250 in four main configurations:

CA SERIES

Manufactured from Ø20 to Ø100 according to ISO21287 Norms, with a wide range of construction variants in terms of materials and configurations. These cylinders feature painted die-casted aluminum covers, stainless steel rod, and PU seals for high performance and long lifespan

KA SERIES

Non-standard cylinders manufactured up to Ø250, that include a wide range of construction variants. Produced as standard with tie rods configuration and anodized aluminum covers

UA SERIES

Compact cylinders according to UNITOP mountings, available from Ø12 to Ø100, with painted die-casted aluminum ends and PU seals

BA SERIES

Short stroke cylinders available from Ø12 to Ø100 in various construction variants with anodized aluminum covers and body

All our cylinders can be produced according to customer's design and by using particular materials.

For an important partner, we have manufactured special compact cylinders in stopper configuration, characterized by a clean design and specific internal features.

The ISO21287 compact design allowed us to produce cylinders directly interchangeable to the solution previously used by the customer. Additionally, we developed special covers and a piston that allowed us to suit an enlarged piston rod to guarantee better guidance and sealing performances.
